Getting on the register takes roughly up to 30 days from filing the complete document package, plus time to prepare the documents themselves and the internal control system.

Is an internal export control system (ICP) required?

Yes. Having an operating ICP and a responsible officer is a mandatory condition for registration. Its absence is one of the most common reasons for refusal.

How long is an entity's registration card valid?

The registration card of an entity of international transfers of goods is issued for up to 10 years.

What to do after registration?

A separate permit or conclusion from the SECS is issued for each specific foreign-economic operation. For drones, the accelerated Fast Track procedure applies in certain cases.
