About us
Global Miltech Legal — the legal guide to Ukrainian defence export
Global Miltech Legal is a legal team that helps Ukrainian defence manufacturers enter international markets lawfully. We support the entire exporter's journey: from registering the company and goods with the State Service for Export Control of Ukraine (SSECU) to obtaining permits for international transfers, shipment and post-export control.
Our specialisation is Fast Track procedures within the Drone Deal intergovernmental agreements, export of finished products and components, temporary export of equipment for testing and demonstrations abroad, technology transfer and licensing, as well as support for Defence City residents. We work with manufacturers of drones, EW systems, munitions, components and other military-purpose products.
The service is built for Ukrainian defence tech companies — from startups that received their first request from a foreign buyer to manufacturers with serial contracts. We take the regulatory burden off teams: we prepare documents, communicate with SSECU and relevant agencies, and structure contracts so the deal passes interagency approval on the first attempt.
The team has real cases behind it: from organising tests of Ukrainian drones at foreign ranges to supporting contracts for the supply of thousands of units to partner-country armies. We believe that strong lawful export means additional resources for Ukraine's defence.
